Soul Speak began with a simple belief that meaningful conversations have the power to change lives.

What started as conversation tools designed to help people connect more deeply soon evolved into something bigger, a platform rooted in storytelling, reflection, humanity, and leadership.

As conversations unfolded, a deeper truth emerged, many people were carrying powerful stories about courage, identity, resilience, grief, ambition, motherhood, healing, and becoming.

Stories that deserved to be heard.

Leading with Grace was born from that realization.

Today, Soul Speak exists as a growing ecosystem of books, conversations, experiences, and impact initiatives designed to help people reconnect with themselves and one another with honesty, courage, and grace.

Khanyo Mbanjwa
Creative Director and co-founder of Soul Speak, Khanyo helps shape the visual and emotional identity of the platform through creativity, storytelling, and design.

We have both been influenced by Grace, whose legacy continues to inspire much of the work we do today.
