Leading with Grace is inspired by Grace — a woman whose life embodied resilience, wisdom, education, dignity, and quiet strength.

This is Grace.

The first leader I ever knew.

Everything I am building begins with her.

This book exists because of the life she lived — and the values she carried.

Her belief that “education can open doors no one can close” shaped generations around her and became one of the foundational inspirations behind this project.

This anthology honours not only her legacy, but the countless women whose leadership may never make headlines, yet deeply shapes families, communities, workplaces, and futures.

Grace is not only a name, it is also an invitation to lead with humanity, courage, integrity, and heart.
